According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Article 103(l), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rentals, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts specify a specific date or period of execution.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

Nevertheless, the USER has the same rights and deadlines to proceed with the cancellation and/or claim any possible defects or deficiencies that the reservation may have, both online and offline.

All cancellations must be communicated to the PROVIDER through the reservation management section enabled for this purpose on the website, or by email to info@hoteldolarea.com, indicating the corresponding reservation number.
